get_order_status — 订单状态

查询订单状态与完整事件时间线（已支付/商家接单/已发货/已签收/已退款），含脱敏收货信息。

何时用

支付后轮询确认（5-10 秒间隔）；用户询问进度；发货后主动播报。

参数	类型	必填	说明
order_no	string	是	订单号（只能查自己 key 创建的订单）

events[] 按序记录：paid → merchant_accepted → shipped（含 waybill_no/express_co）→ delivered；售后链路有 refund_initiated/refunded。

paid=已付款 / order_pushed=商家已接单 / shipping=备货中 / shipped=已发货 / completed=已签收 / refunded=已退款。 push_blocked 是平台内部风控态，不向用户转述——用户侧表现为发货稍有延迟，平台会兜底。
